Retirees

Stay Connected, Stay Involved

Retirement with Purpose

Retirement doesn’t mean leaving the union community behind—it’s the start of a new chapter to stay engaged, keep growing, and enjoy the benefits of membership.

As a retiree of Laborers Local 360, you gain access to exclusive perks, including healthcare options, social events, educational workshops, and financial planning resources. Staying involved also means sharing your expertise with the next generation of laborers, advocating for workers’ rights, and connecting with fellow union members.

Whether it’s participating in retiree events, attending union meetings, or staying updated with the latest news, Local 360 is here to help make your retirement meaningful and rewarding.

The LiUNA Midwest Region is committed to supporting our members and their families by offering a variety of voluntary programs that go above and beyond standard benefits. These programs are designed to provide the flexibility needed to address the unique circumstances and priorities of every member.

Check your eligibility and explore options to apply for Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) and Part B (medical insurance). For personalized assistance, call 1-800-MEDICARE or visit www.medicare.gov to learn more about Medicare benefits, enrollment periods, and plan details.

Check to see when you will be eligible for social security benefits and get a benefits estimate by contacting the Social Security Administration in advance of your retirement. To get benefits, you must file an application three months prior to retiring. 1-800-772-1213 or visit www.SSA.gov.

Contact us to stay active in union activities, connect with the Local 360 Retiree Council for social events and advocacy opportunities, and access up-to-date contact information for your benefit fund to manage your healthcare, pension, and other benefits. Call us at 479-754-1015 about staying involved.
